Description of the assignment

SPIECAPAG, a subsidiary of the VINCI Group, Major Projects Division, is an international contractor that designs, builds and operates production, transport and storage infrastructure for the oil and gas industry and other energy sources.

SPIECAPAG carries out complex onshore pipeline projects and associated infrastructure such as compressor stations, pumping and metering stations, hydrocarbon storage facilities, water supply networks and mineral transportation networks.

SPIECAPAG's services include project management, financing, design and engineering, studies, procurement, construction and commissioning, maintenance and operation of the facilities and operator training or simply turnkey.

You will be responsible for managing registrations, preparing expressions of interest and pre-qualifications in English and Spanish.


Your main tasks will be to

- Initialization of the process on the Client/Project platform/website

- Interface with other internal departments (QHSE, Finance, Legal, Technical, HR, Operations...) and external departments (translation agencies, apostille, notary signature) in order to prepare the files

- Consolidation of responses and challenge of the results obtained
- Configuration and assembly of files
- Sending/submitting files
- Interface with the client if necessary
- Monitoring of records to be updated and pre-qualification.

Your tasks, in a more general way, are also:

- Assist the Pre-Qualification & Proposal Manager in the preparation of bids (consolidation and layout)
- Manage the registrations and pre-qualifications on the Pre-Qualification & Proposal Department tools (SharePoint & Proposal Management Tool).
- Manage and translate administrative, financial and legal documents (annual balance sheets, insurance, bank certificates, K-bis, Urssaf, etc.) required by the Department and for the preparation of dossiers.
- Managing, updating and translating technical documents (project references, staffing, workload, end-of-project rex, end-of-project certificates, etc.) required by the Department and for the preparation of files.
- Manage the purchase of norms & standards and registration in the database in interface with an external service provider.



This position is based at the head office in Colombes, then from July 2022 in Nanterre (92 - RER A)



Profile

You have a minimum of 5 years' professional experience with an interest in the technical field.


You are rigorous, organized and reactive, and you know how to manage several recordings and pre-qualifications simultaneously and independently.


You have a technical background and successful experience in the oil & gas, pipeline and wind energy sectors.


You are known for your team spirit, your interpersonal skills, your ability to work across departments and your sense of customer service


You are stress resistant and able to work to tight deadlines.


Very good command of English (written and spoken)


Proficiency in another language (preferably Spanish)

 

Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, Office Pack (Word, advanced Excel, Adobe).
