We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will foster a strong culture of continuous improvement and managing quality processes across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Champion a spirit of continuous improvement across the organization, contributing to our strategic plan.
• Monitor the quality system, conducting audits of internal processes and functional areas to propose improvements.
• Define suitable organizational solutions and adapt/develop internal procedures.
• Manage the process of collection, analysis, and treatment of non-conformities.
• Oversee preventive/corrective actions.
• Support the QSE manager in resolving customer complaints.
• Manage supplier quality and conduct supplier audits to foster continuous improvement.
• Define quality toolboxes applicable for different processes.
• Collaborate closely with the safety team to assist in the certification process.
• Work with the production quality control to define standards and methods.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication skills and ability to involve people.
• At least 10 years of experience in the industrial field in quality & continuous improvement.
• Good knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 450005, etc.).
• Proven audit management skills.
• Proficiency in quality control activities (knowledge of tools, standards, industrial design).
• Degree in technical/management subjects.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and Office package.
• Good level of English
