Job Purpose/Summary:
- To establish reliable, honest and supportive relationships with the clients.
- To actively promote latest and most suitable repair and strengthening solutions
- To define and implement, in coordination with the Business Development Manager, commercial strategy
- To oversee, review and direct the actions of the team during tendering process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To identify tenders and opportunities in the market and actively pursue them
2. To propose and present most suitable technical solutions
3. To ensure that all risks and assumptions in the commercial proposal are correctly defined, studied and quantified.
4. To liaise with technical and commercial teams from head office
5. To negotiate commercial terms with potential clients and suppliers.
6. To review and finalize sub-contracts.
7. To manage the commercial platform.
8. To encourage close working relationship among commercial team.
Requirement:
- Experience of 3-5 years in commercial role in middle east. Strengthening and repairs market knowledge will be a strong advantage
- Customer oriented personality with strong interpersonal attitude
- Motivated and dedicated to achieve set targets and develop new skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Bachelor degree in civil engineering or higher required
