Description of the assignment
Sixense, a subsidiary of Vinci Group, provides integrated support to designers, operators, and infrastructure owners to help them to successfully deal with their assets during construction and life cycle. With a strong worldwide coverage, today the Sixense team has more than 800 experts in >20 offices worldwide.
We are seeking an Operations Manager for our Sixense Arabia Business Unit to oversee the effective planning and supervision of Sixense projects and operational teams.
YOUR MISSIONS WITH US :
Project Optimization and control:
- Handover from commercial to project execution
- Analyze project documentation (contract, technical documents) and coordination with project managers
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Forecast resource needs and set performance targets.
- Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation plans.
Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate staff across departments.
- Ensure proper training and development for team members.
- Manage annual appraisal of operational team
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage operational budgets.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Payment approval and petty cash checking
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain quality, safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
Finance
- Analyze inflows and outflows: Monitor all incoming funds (sales, receivables) and outgoing payments (expenses, payroll, supplier invoices). Ensure continuous follow-up on payment schedules.
- Manage outstanding payments: Take proactive action to resolve overdue receivables and maintain healthy cash flow.

Are you interested?
Here's what you need to succeed:
- Project management experience on big/mega project, preferably within the construction and condition assessment industry.
- Relevant project management/ construction skills qualifications.
- Team management experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Certifications such as SMSTS – Site Manager Safety Training Scheme, PM + Training or CSCS are a “plus”
- Very good spoken and written English, Arabic (& French language if possible)
- High degree of autonomy, ability to manage various projects and project personnel
- Good listening and leading skills
- Good interpersonal skills to maintain a company’s high profile with clients and to maintain project team and employee high performance.
